Fullstack Sales Engineer / Design Engineer
Cork, Ireland

I build privacy-sensitive investigative software used by 51 law-enforcement organisations across 30 countries, including deployments in offline and air-gapped environments.

  • Owned the ARICA client application end to end, from UI design in Figma to the React frontend. Authored more than 85% of repository commits and reviewed more than 95% of changes before merge.
  • Led the migration from Azure AD B2C to Keycloak, updating OIDC flows, role-based access controls, and backend authentication. Built a user migration script that preserved access without forcing re-authentication.
  • Improved Docker images, Elasticsearch health checks, ARM compatibility, and frontend architecture across ARICA and VST.
  • Built CI pipelines and release automation to support code quality and reduce production deployment failures to zero.
  • Led product demos and webinars, and built customer sales and support workflows in HubSpot.
